Cream City Solutions

Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms apply to businesses that use Iron Crew Garage and to the people they invite. Homeowners who only open a link from their contractor are covered by that contractor's own terms and by our privacy page.

1. Who we are and what the service is

Iron Crew Garage is software provided by Cream City Solutions LLC ("CCS", "we"). It helps trade businesses such as pool builders and landscapers handle inquiries, design choices, proposals, agreements, jobs, receipts and growth reporting.

The business that signs up ("you", "your business") is our customer. Your business, not CCS, is the contractor for your homeowners and is responsible for the work, prices and promises you make to them.

2. Accounts, workspaces and sign-in

  • Each business has its own workspace. Its owner invites staff and sets each person's role (owner, manager or staff).
  • People sign in with Google or Microsoft. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for removing people who should no longer have access.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.

3. Your responsibilities to your customers

  • Customer information. You decide what customer information goes into Iron Crew Garage, and you must have the right to collect and use it, including any consent needed to contact people.
  • Photos and AI. Upload only photos you have permission to use. Get the homeowner's permission before generating AI concepts from their photos or publishing them in a portfolio.
  • Proposals and agreements. You are responsible for your prices, scope, payment schedules, disclaimers and agreement wording, and for checking them before you share or sign them. Iron Crew Garage records and presents what you set; it does not give legal, tax or engineering advice.
  • Messages. Emails or notices you send through the app are sent on your business's behalf. You are responsible for their content.

4. Fees and payments

  • Subscription. Your business pays CCS the subscription fees shown when you sign up or in your order, billed through Stripe. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refundable for partial months. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing your price.
  • Online deposits. If you turn on online payments, your business connects its own Stripe account. Payments from homeowners go to your Stripe account under Stripe's terms; your business is the seller, and CCS does not hold or receive those funds. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are between your business, the homeowner and Stripe.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for taxes on the work you sell to your customers.

5. Services from other companies

Some features rely on other companies' services, such as Google (sign-in, Maps, Google Ads), Microsoft (sign-in), Stripe (payments), email delivery and AI providers. Your use of a connected service is also subject to that company's terms.

Connecting your own account (for example Google Ads or Stripe) is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time. We are not responsible for changes to, or outages of, those services.

6. AI concepts and estimates

AI-generated concepts are illustrations to help discuss ideas. They are not designs, plans, measurements or promises about the finished work. Measurements, quantities and prices suggested by the app are starting points that your business must confirm before relying on them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or other people's rights, including privacy and anti-spam laws;
  • upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is unlawful or harmful;
  • try to reach another business's data, get around security or access limits, or overload the service;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it.

8. Your data

  • You own your data. Your business keeps ownership of the information and files it puts into Iron Crew Garage. You give CCS permission to store and process it only to run, secure, support and improve the service, as described on our privacy page.
  • We own the software. CCS keeps all rights in Iron Crew Garage itself. Your subscription gives your business the right to use it while these terms are in effect.
  • Export and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of your business's data. After your account ends, we will delete your data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law or for security.

9. Availability, changes and ending the service

  • We work to keep Iron Crew Garage available but don't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We may improve or change features. If we remove something your business relies on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
  • We may suspend or end access for non-payment, a serious breach of these terms, or to protect other users or the service. Where possible we will warn you first.
  • We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Disclaimers, liability and law

  • The service is provided "as is", to the fullest extent the law allows.
  • CCS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost jobs or lost data that you could have backed up.
  • CCS's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your business paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • You will cover CCS for claims caused by your content, your work for your customers, or your breach of these terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, and disputes go to the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
