Cream City Solutions
Your information
Information use in the project planning and business workspace.
Independent trade businesses use this workspace to respond to inquiries, prepare plans and manage projects. Cream City Solutions provides the software.
Your project information
The workspace records the contact details, property address, preferences and photos you provide. Proposals, agreements, signatures, payments and receipts become part of the project record when those features are used.
Photos and AI concepts
Share photos you have permission to use. Avoid unnecessary faces, license plates or personal documents. When the company requests an AI concept with the required permission, relevant photos and project instructions are processed by an AI service. Concepts are illustrations for discussion; the company must confirm the scope and site conditions.
Permission to generate a concept is separate from permission to publish photos in a portfolio. Posting feedback does not automatically generate or send another image.
Services and shared links
Hosting, authentication, record and file storage, maps, email and AI providers process information needed for their functions. Finding a property or opening a map shares location information with Google Maps. Voice-note transcription processes the recording to return text; the app saves the reviewed transcript, not a voice attachment.
Customer links provide access to the linked plan, proposal, concept or agreement. Share them only with intended recipients. Proposal pages record a browser-session view after a short visible visit so the company can see whether its proposal has been opened; this does not identify the viewer. Signing in with Google or Microsoft is for company workspace access; homeowners use the links provided by their company.
Google sign-in and Google Ads
Signing in with Google. When company staff sign in with Google, Iron Crew Garage receives their name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID from Google, and uses them only to sign them in to their company workspace.
Connecting Google Ads. A business owner can choose to connect their own Google Ads account so the business can see its advertising results next to its customers and jobs. With the owner's permission, Iron Crew Garage reads:
- the list of Google Ads accounts the owner can access, and each account's name, so the owner can choose one;
- for the chosen account only, daily campaign performance for the last 14 days: campaign name and ID, impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
Iron Crew Garage only reads this information. It never creates, changes, pauses or spends on campaigns.
How it is used. Google Ads data is used only to show that business its own advertising reporting inside its workspace. Only that business's owner and managers can see it. It is not sold, not shared with other businesses or third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
How it is stored. The permission Google gives us is stored encrypted. Reporting rows are stored privately for that business. We keep them while the connection is active so the business can see its history.
Disconnecting and deletion. The owner can disconnect Google Ads at any time under Growth → Google Ads reporting. This immediately deletes the stored permission and stops all updates. You can also remove Iron Crew Garage's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have saved reporting rows deleted, the business can contact Cream City Solutions through its support channel.
Google API Services User Data Policy. Iron Crew Garage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Questions, corrections and permissions
Contact the business handling your project using the details they provided. You can ask about your records, request corrections or deletion, and withdraw permission for future AI concepts or public portfolio use. The team may need to verify your identity and retain some agreement or accounting records; ask which requirements apply.
Company staff can contact CCS through their established support channel for help with workspace access or platform data handling.
Problem reports and suggestions
When you report a problem or suggest an improvement from inside Iron Crew Garage, we receive what you write, a screenshot of the screen you were on if you keep it (fields with personal or pay details are blanked out), and technical details of the page (address, browser, screen size and recent errors). We use it only to fix and improve Iron Crew Garage, and delete screenshots 90 days after the report is closed.
